Workforce Safety Solutions Director

Champion safety solutions as a Senior Director overseeing Workforce Solutions. Lead safety professionals while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery across client projects. In this leadership role, you will utilize your extensive experience in third-party safety services to Fortune 500 clients. Managing a team of 30-60, you'll be responsible for scheduling personnel, assessing safety protocols, and mentoring junior staff. Your goal is to enhance the well-being of workers through comprehensive oversight and proactive problem-solving on job sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track new client opportunities and projects
- Direct personnel scheduling and manage project needs
- Ensure delivery of quality safety services on job sites
- Mentor and develop junior safety staff skills
- Respond to client requests and emergency calls promptly
- 10+ years as a Construction Safety Manager or similar role
- Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or Construction Management
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry practices
- Proficient communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
