Lead e-commerce operational excellence with Liquid Rubber as the Director of Operations in Oakville, Ontario. Liquid Rubber is seeking a hands-on Director of Operations to drive stability and scalability in our e-commerce fulfillment and supply chain. You'll directly oversee inventory management and lead a Canadian fulfillment team while advancing operational technologies. Your leadership will ensure successful project implementations and performance metrics align with company goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor the Canadian fulfillment team for high performance
• Drive warehouse efficiency with established KPIs
• Enforce quality control protocols for compliance
• Build and document scalable SOPs for consistency
• Oversee inventory balancing across multiple warehouses Requirements:
• 10+ years in e-commerce operations management
• Experience with WMS or ERP implementation
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods
• Proven project management skills for cross-functional initiatives
