Elevate conversion rates with a hands-on CRO Specialist role at our growing agency. Drive revenue through post-purchase and checkout optimization for top brands like True Classic and Ancestral Supplements. We are seeking a skilled CRO Specialist to manage A/B testing, build upsell funnels, and contribute to creative designs in Figma. Collaborate closely with our lead strategist, ensuring each test improves revenue per visitor. You'll be at the forefront of building and optimizing processes across a diverse portfolio of accounts. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and launch post-purchase upsell funnels
- Design upsells and improve checkout experiences
- Run structured A/B tests and document outcomes
- Collaborate on optimization ideas for clients
- Manage and track tests using Airtable
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization
- Strong understanding of funnel analytics and revenue metrics
- Proficient in AfterSell and Shopify for e-commerce
- Familiar with HTML and CSS for custom tweaks
- Reliable in meeting timelines and delivering results
