Inside Sales Quotations Specialist

Join a recognized market leader in consumer products as an Inside Sales Quotations Specialist. This 20-month contract role focuses on developing project pipelines for residential and industrial sectors. The Quotations Specialist plays a crucial part in coordinating and providing detailed project quotations nationally. This position requires a self-starter with excellent customer service skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. You will oversee RFP responses and ensure accurate pricing and specifications while maintaining relationships with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify project leads to convert into opportunities
- Prepare and review sales quotations for accuracy
- Oversee support for the plumber points program
- Respond to customer RFPs with comprehensive bids
- Analyze competitive pricing for recommendations
- Minimum 5 years in plumbing industry, preferably commercial
- Strong technical analysis skills with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships
- Familiarity with SAP and other bid proposal tools
