Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Experience in the technology distribution industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Upsell & cross-sell IT/Networking Solutions to existing B2B clients
- Reconnect & revive dormant accounts with targeted outreach
- Drive & track opportunities using Monday.com
- Schedule & conduct weekly virtual client meetings
- Engage regularly to boost customer satisfaction & loyalty
- Maintain records of key customer segments & market insights
Up to $40,000 – $45,000 plus incentive $8,000 – $10,000 annually.
Up to $50,000 plus incentive $10,000 – $15,000 annually.
