Compensation: This position offers a salary range of $175,000 to $190,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
About the Role
Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is seeking a Director, Operations Finance to lead financial performance across our manufacturing network. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with Operations to drive cost efficiency, productivity, and strategic decision-making across five plants. You’ll combine financial leadership with a hands‑on approach, working closely with plant teams to deliver insights, improve performance, and support key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Operations to drive plant performance, cost control, and margin improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including the COO, performance & reporting.
- Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to improve operational results.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Support business cases and operational planning decisions.
- Evaluate capital investments and productivity initiatives.
- Drive cost reduction and asset optimization.
- Ensure strong costing, inventory, and working capital discipline.
- Lead and develop a team of Plant Controllers.
Qualifications
- 12–15+ years of finance experience, including manufacturing/plant finance.
- CPA with a degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong expertise in standard costing, KPIs, and business partnering.
- Proven ability to influence operations and lead multi‑site teams.
- Hands‑on, cooperative leader with strong communication skills.
