Key Responsibilities

• Financial & Commercial Analysis:

• Analyze revenue streams and profitability metrics to support business decisions.

• Ensure Trinity data is up to date capturing changes to compensation structures and employee movement between accounts.

• Prepare and track staffing / FTEs report vs. contracts and budgets.

• Prepare monthly journal entries for Retainer Clients.

• Settingup andmaintainingall product codes inMediaOcean.

• Leading the client billing processforclients with FTE allocationfor this roleor with billings over $5Mbyadding Q&A toinitialand final budget control report for billing.

• Sending the final client facing budget control report to the client(where applicable).

• Reviewing unbilled media and WorkinProgress Report and providing comments at month end while minimizing the unbilled media andensuringWorkinProgress Report items are cleared .

• Open jobs for retainers expenses pass through costs

• Assistingin Client Auditsandsupport whererequired.

• Attending client meetings withclientsas needed andestablishingand fostering an open relationship with Clients Account Payables team.

• Liaising and developing strong workingrelationshipwith Shared FinanceServices andBuy Enablement team to ensure that the Agency and Clients have the highest level of customer service.

• Ensuring compliance with Internal control over financial reporting Audit policies and procedures.

• Preparing client year end accruals.

• Prepare client reporting as per client contracts

• Reporting & Insights:

• Assist with Local/Global reporting asrequired.

• Prepare monthly time reports as per clients contractual agreements/ requirements.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assistwith inputs/updates intobudgets/forecastsconsolidation software(CoreM)and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Assist DirectorCommercial andManager Commercial in fulfilling their responsibilities.

• Collaborate across theorganizationincluding otherteamswithinfinanceto resolve issuesandto ensure commercialobjectivesare met.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

• Experience in financial analysis commercial strategy or business analytics.

• Strongproficiencyin Excel Power BI.

• Understanding ofmedia agency operations media buying and revenue models.

• Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

• accounting finance or business-relatedfieldis preferred.

• 3-5 years relatedCommercial andFP&A work experience (with CPA designation or in progress).

• Analysis and audit experience would be essential to the role.

Preferred:

• Previousexperience in a media agency or advertising industry.

• Knowledge of financial reporting tools likeSAPand Trinity.
