OpCenter Technical Consultant (Dartmouth)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Opcenter Core and Electronics installation; design high‑availability architecture (multi‑app servers, DB servers, license server) and disaster recovery setup.
- Configure workflows, customize CDO fields, and publish UI changes using Designer and Portal Studio.
- Implement and manage integrations with PLM, ERP (SAP), and CN MOM (inbound/outbound, XML modeling, broker services). Ensure smooth OLTP‑to‑ODS data flow and configure ODS.
- Develop and customize Mendix UI, link Mendix with Core, and manage data population during customization.
- Configure SSO, manage user roles, and automate employee creation via Active Directory.
- Define and execute upgrade strategies, including backup/restore and production rollout.
- Handle supported document formats, store 3D images, and integrate Teamcenter for document management.
- Implement CLM (Closed Loop Manufacturing) with PLM and Core, including work instruction transfers.
- Configure CN MOM objects and workflows in Camstar.
- Validate and troubleshoot transactions across integrated systems.
Skills
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and Mendix.
- Strong knowledge of Opcenter Execution Core, CN MOM configuration, XML modeling, and ODS architecture.
- Experience with high‑availability architecture and disaster recovery planning.
- Familiarity with document management and 3D visualization tools in Opcenter.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience
- 6–12 years in MES/Opcenter implementation.
- Proven track record with Opcenter Core, Electronics, Mendix, and CN MOM.
- Solid background in system integration (PLM, ERP, SAP).
