About Us: We’re a growing residential painting company focused on delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. As we expand, we’re looking for a motivated and reliable cold caller to help us connect with homeowners and generate new leads.
What You’ll Do:
- Introduce our painting services in a friendly, professional manner
- Keep accurate notes and details of the project
- Represent the company positively
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and confidence
- Positive attitude and resilience (you’re okay with rejection and keep going)
- Organized and dependable
- Previous sales or cold calling experience is a plus, but not required (training is provided)
- Comfortable following scripts while sounding natural
What We Offer:
- Starting pay of $17/hour
- Opportunities for raises based on performance
- Potential to take on more responsibility (team lead, etc.)
