Social Media and Content Manager

Elevate Flourish's online presence as the Social Content and Community Manager in a hybrid role. Create compelling content that resonates with our audience while managing social media channels effectively. In this proactive position, you will oversee Flourish’s digital narrative and engage actively with our growing community. Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Creative Director to produce platform-specific content that embodies our brand values. Your responsibilities will include nurturing relationships with influencers and enhancing our vibrant online brand presence. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee social content across Instagram and TikTok
• Create and optimize engaging multimedia content quickly
• Coordinate with ambassadors to manage community narratives
• Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies
• Capture authentic live content during events and activations Requirements:
• 2–5 years in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong video editing skills and proficiency in creative tools
• Experience creating engaging short-form videos
• Understanding of current social media trends
