Elevate your media buying skills at Sweat Pants Agency as a Performance Media Buyer. Lead creative strategies on Meta and TikTok ads, driving growth for DTC brands. At Sweat Pants Agency, we are looking for a proactive media buyer skilled in performance marketing for DTC and ecommerce brands. This role requires not only managing ad budgets but also developing creative testing roadmaps. You will have full ownership of client communication, focusing on results and strategies that drive actual growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Own paid media strategy on Meta and TikTok for clients
• Develop creative testing roadmaps with actionable insights
• Manage ad budgets from $30k to $1 million per month
• Diagnose full-funnel issues across creative and conversion
• Communicate effectively with clients about results and plans Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and proven results
• Experience with eCommerce brands or a Shopify store is a bonus
• Ability to generate insights from reviews and ads
• Skill in writing UGC scripts or creative briefs
• Strong analytical skills and adaptability in strategies Drive success through creative media strategies and real budgets at Sweat Pants Agency.
