Senior Buyer for A220 Program

Elevate your procurement career with Airbus Canada as a Senior Cabin Buyer for the A220 program in Mirabel. Lead strategic projects and manage supplier relationships while ensuring cost efficiency and supply chain maturity. In this role, you will leverage at least five years of procurement experience in a dynamic team environment. Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to drive value through effective negotiation and robust business acumen. Your focus will be on managing Heads of Version (HOV), cost-reduction initiatives, and contractual compliance, ensuring the A220 ramp-up is supported successfully. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the focal point for all HOV procurement topics
- Ensure supply chain maturity for A220 ramp-up
- Contain costs and drive financial performance
- Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities
- Manage supplier claims and contractual agreements
- Minimum 5 years in procurement or commercial role
- Proven negotiation and contracts expertise
- Strong understanding of financial indicators
