Content Designer - Creative Circle (Toronto)
Creative Circle
Our FI client is looking for a hybrid Product/ Content Designer to join their team. This will be a 12+ month role, fulltime hours per week and 3x per week onsite Downtown Toronto.
Rate range is $60-62.5 per hour, T4.
Responsibilities Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate interaction patterns and product direction.
Define content structure, hierarchy, tone, and messaging frameworks that support user understanding and product goals.
Organize content and workflows for clarity, discoverability, and efficiency.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
Use feedback, analytics, and testing insights to refine and improve the user experience.
Skills and Qualifications Experience in Content Design and UX Writing for Digital Products
Solid understanding of content strategy, information hierarchy, and user comprehension
Ability to translate research insights into actionable design and content decisions
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user journeys #J-18808-Ljbffr
