Directeur / Directrice De La Restauration Et Des Services Alimentaires (Hamilton)

Vos responsabilités:
- Évaluer les opérations quotidiennes
- Superviser 5 à 10 personnes
- Gestion budget de 100001$ - 500000$
- Surveiller le rendement du personnel
- Planifier et diriger les activités reliées à la préparation et à la cuisson des aliments, préparer certains repas et aliments de spécialité au besoin.
- Planifier et organiser les opérations quotidiennes
- Superviser le personnel
- Former le personnel
- Déterminer le genre de services qui seront offerts et mettre sur pieds les procédures de fonctionnement
- Appliquer les lois et les règlements provinciaux ou territoriaux concernant les boissons alcoolisées
- Organiser et tenir un inventaire à jour
- Voir à ce que les règles de santé et de sécurité soient respectées
- Traiter avec les fournisseurs des dispositions relatives à la fourniture de produits alimentaires et autres produits
- Diriger des particuliers ou leur donner des instructions
Modalités:
- Quarts de travail offerts de jour, soir, fin de semaine et des quarts de travail
- Temps pleins 40 heures par semaine et fixe
- Fourchette salariale de 34,00$ à 38,00$ de l'heure, négociable selon l'expérience et le profil du candidat
- Milieu de travail rural, région de Lanaudière
Le profil recherché:
- Certificat ou diplôme dans le domaine de la restauration ou expérience équivalente
- Minimum 5 années d'expérience progressive dans le secteur de la restauration, expérience préalable en supervision de personnel et en gestion d’équipe un grand atout
- Oral: français. Écrit: français ou anglais
