SKILLS REQUIRED
5+ years of experience as BSA/ Technical BA
Exp. in Translating requirements into functional specifications and user stories
Exp. working with business stakeholders| UX| developers| and QA teams
Exp. supporting Agile ceremonies (sprint planning| backlog| retrospectives)
Familiar with UAT| defect tracking| and issue resolution
Exp. with UX and accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA)
Should have exp. working in Insurance domain
