Key Responsibilities: <\/b>

• Lead and support the development and maintenance of program planning guidance, business cases, audit responses, and Data Centre Operations content.

• Develop communication plans, learning strategies, dashboards, and status reporting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to produce business\-related materials and support operational and strategic initiatives within Data Centre Operations.

  • Contribution to technical policies, plans, procedures, standards, guidelines, tools, techniques, documentation, and performance criteria for data centre and hosting services. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Experience negotiating with business stakeholders on functional design issues and participating in detailed solution design sessions. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Ability to create and deliver clear, concise, and accurate project status reports, tracking project resources, finances, progress, issues, and risks. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • At least 2+ years of demonstrated experience working within OPS or similar public sector environments, including familiarity with government processes, compliance requirements, and standards. <\/span>
    <\/li>
    
    
  • Experience as Business Analyst supporting the delivery IT solutions that meet public sector needs, including data centre and hosting services or comparable platforms. <\/span>
