• Manage an offshore business analyst in day‑to‑day tasks. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Understand business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Elicit and document requirements to meet business needs. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Apply understanding of business analysis professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Direct and monitor business analysis activities to ensure traceability and optimum coverage of business requirements with the change‑request backlog. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Manage project progress by tracking activity, resolving issues, and recommending actions. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Provide senior management and project management with regular updates on deliverable timelines and project status. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Respond proactively to business and project issues and escalate appropriately. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
