Join American Iron & Metal as a Financial Analyst, leveraging your expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement in a dynamic team environment. In this detail-oriented role, you will contribute to the finance team by preparing financial statements, performing account reconciliations, and supporting close processes. Your analytical acumen will help identify trends and improve processes, ultimately leading to informed business decisions and improved accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support month-end and year-end close requirements
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and risks
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required)
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
• 3–5+ years of financial analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
