In this senior role, you will manage, enhance, and troubleshoot major business applications including OneStream and Unit4 ERP. Collaborate with teams across Finance, IT, and Marketing to develop system solutions while overseeing critical projects from inception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and troubleshoot business applications like OneStream and Unit4 ERP • Oversee support incident requests through Service Now • Improve processes for General Ledger, Account Payables, and Receivables • Develop and automate processes using Microsoft tools like T-SQL • Author PowerBI RS reports for operational insights

Requirements: • Post-Secondary education in Computer Science or related field • 10+ years of ERP and CPM systems experience • Proficient in T-SQL, VB.Net, and SSIS • Experience with AI solutions is a plus • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
