Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de Production expérimenté(e) et entreprenant(e) qui contribuera activement au développement de nos activités en Amérique du Nord
Principales responsabilités
- Organiser et développer les opérations d’entreposage
- Mettre en place et structurer le département de production
- Développer et implanter les processus de fabrication
- Participer à la sélection et à l’acquisition des équipements et outils de production
- Mettre en œuvre les normes de qualité et de sécurité
- Contribuer à l’établissement de la structure organisationnelle du nouveau site
Production et exploitation
- Participer activement aux activités de production durant la phase de démarrage
- Assembler et tester les machines et les stations d’eau chaude sanitaire
- Assurer l’efficacité et la qualité des opérations de fabrication
- Réaliser les essais fonctionnels et les contrôles de qualité
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus
Approvisionnement et gestion des stocks
- Effectuer les achats de matériaux conformément aux directives de l’entreprise
- Gérer les stocks et les opérations d’entreposage
- Assurer la disponibilité des matériaux nécessaires à la production
- Coordonner les activités avec les fournisseurs et partenaires logistiques
Gestion d’équipe et planification de la production
- Planifier la production et assurer le suivi des échéanciers
- Recruter, former et développer l’équipe de production
- Encadrer et soutenir les employés
- Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif et axé sur la performance
Profil recherché
- Formation technique en réfrigération, CVAC (HVAC), mécanique ou domaine connexe
- Expérience en fabrication, production ou assemblage technique
- Bonne compréhension des systèmes mécaniques, thermodynamiques et hydrauliques
- Connaissances de base en électricité
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et des systèmes ERP
- Certification en manipulation des frigorigènes ou volonté d’obtenir les certifications canadiennes requises
Programme de formation Avant l’entrée en fonction à Montréal
- Un mois de formation en Suisse (Septembre)
- Un mois de formation en Allemagne (Octobre)
