- Develop and coach leaders within the Accident Benefits team
- Oversee workflows and ensure compliance in claims handling
- Act as an expert for complex Accident Benefits claims
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the claims cycle
- Demonstrated leadership in a claims-focused role
- Strong knowledge of Accident Benefits operations
- Ability to manage metrics for performance optimization
