As a Franchise company we have multiple locations across Canada with great expansion plans in progress. At Fuzz, our team is our greatest asset, and a large amount of the success of Fuzz Wax Bar is the result of the talented and highly dedicated employees who set the standard for service and quality within each Fuzz Wax Bar Location. We are currently hiring for our Franchise Location in Vaughan.

The Role The Frontline at Fuzz Wax Bar is a passionate customer-service expert who loves transforming all experiences into memorable ones, every day. They are interested in all things waxing, products sales and educating clients on pre and post wax care services. Does this sound like you? We'd love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensures outstanding levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and services offered.

· Understands memberships and how they fit into customer's busy lifestyle or how they would be beneficial to them.

· Presents all perks of being a member to all clients and ensure that members are reminded of the perks of being part of the community.

· Is a schedule master and optimize appointment bookings to increase location efficiency.

· Keeps updated on new training and policies changes and be willing to be agile on learning and implementing new processes.

· Consistently provides all clients with the Fuzz experience and signature conversations.

· Achieves optimal sales success and excels in sanitation standards.

· Maintains an awareness and interest of all things Fuzz, including membership perks and product benefits.

· Answers calls and email in a professional way.

· Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver and elevated experience.

· Has the confidence to achieve great results with enthusiasm and is motivated to interact with customers.

· Speaks with knowledge and eloquently about wax-care products and services offered.

· Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing service environment.

· Is able to work without necessary supervision and deliver high results.

· Is able to provide strong customer-service, with basic de-escalation techniques.

· Has an ability to instill trust and confidence with clients and offer and sell memberships when applicable.

· Strong cognitive skills, including decision making and financial analysis.

· High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.

· Flexible availability - Fuzz general operating hours are 7 days a week, 7am to 9pmand schedule will require to cover a mix of opening shifts, closing shifts and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
