Job summary: Part-time Cosmetic clinic (Medi-spa) receptionist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medi-Spa Receptionist to join our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling patient inquiries, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced medi-spa setting.
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working at the front desk of a medi-spa or spa clinicAbility to work independently and in a team; multitasking and highly organized.Problem solving skillsPassionate about the industryKnowledgeable of all medical spa services, retail products and assist in scheduling follow up visits.Excellent phone étiquettéMust be reliable and dependableSelf motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
Position overview and responsibilities: Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing appointments for the clinical team. Daily communication of information to team and management.Checking clients in and out and billing.Preparing client's intake and consent forms and entering all client information accurately into database.Maintaining accurate scheduling in booking software, follow up calls and appointment confirmationsAssisting with troubleshooting office equipment and technologies.Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via email/phoneHandling all guest and client inquires and/or complaints in a professional and courteous mannerCreating social media content
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
