Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a fully experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at a family doctor's clinic. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a similar setting and be proficient with the OSCAR program.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and check in patients.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries.
- Manage patient records using the OSCAR program.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a family doctor's clinic.
- Proficiency with the OSCAR program.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a busy work environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
