Objet du poste

  • Le principal objectif consiste à établir et à étendre les liens avec les comptes existants ou nouveaux, à reconnaître les besoins du client et à ouvrir la voie à de nouvelles possibilités dans divers domaines commerciaux afin de favoriser la croissance et l'utilisation des solutions d'IQVIA.

Principales responsabilités
  • Collaborer en tant que membre d'une équipe de comptes à l'élaboration d'un plan relatif aux comptes fondé sur une excellente compréhension du compte, en soulignant les principales priorités et les plans d'engagement qui aideront le client à atteindre ses objectifs et mènera à la création de partenariats avec des secteurs d'activité d'IQVIA.
  • Étendre et renforcer nos relations avec les clients, devenir un conseiller de confiance pour les personnes-ressources des clients, surtout en marketing, en étude de marché et en accès au marché, concernant des enjeux de l'industrie, des tendances, de même que les offres d'IQVIA et ses capacités en matière de consultation.
  • Créer des besoins chez nos clients et en anticiper d'autres, en collaboration avec nos grands experts en la matière, mettre au point et présenter des solutions - pour une seule discipline jusqu'à de multiples - qui règlent les problèmes commerciaux complexes des clients.
  • Repérer de façon stratégique de nouvelles possibilités ciblées d'élargissement des activités et des contrats au sein du ou des compte(s) attribué(s), et piloter les recherches.
  • Diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles de ressources d'IQVIA (experts en la matière) de toute l'entreprise pour la promotion de la gamme complète de produits et services d'IQVIA auprès des comptes attribués, afin d'atteindre l'objectif de revenus fixé.
  • Surveiller la satisfaction des clients à l'égard des produits livrables acquis par contrat et des travaux de l'équipe de comptes, afin d'obtenir et de maintenir un taux élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle.
  • Rédiger et coordonner des propositions visant à stimuler la croissance de nouvelles activités, et gérer les renouvellements d'abonnements. Participer possiblement, selon les besoins, aux efforts de renouvellement d'importants contrats pluriannuels.

Études minimales, expérience et connaissances spécialisées requises
  • Diplôme universitaire ou l'équivalent et au moins cinq ans d'expérience pertinente en vente ou en gestion de comptes.
  • Une excellente connaissance des offres d'IQVIA, de la gestion de comptes clients et de l'industrie pharmaceutique est exigée.

Autres exigences
  • Pensée stratégique, mentalité de résolution de problèmes, négociation, planification, établissement de relations, présentation, bon communicateur à l'oral et à l'écrit, sont des qualités essentielles.
  • Des aptitudes analytiques sont importantes pour faciliter la conception, la présentation et l'analyse de perspectives personnalisées, notamment celles portant sur des données anonymisées au niveau du patient.
  • Capacité à établir de solides relations et à influencer les résultats.
  • Écoute active, participation et respect des idées, afin de favoriser l'atteinte des objectifs de l'équipe.

Vous devrez travailler directement avec des départements, des équipes, des fonctions de support et des parties prenantes d'IQVIA situés partout au Canada et à travers le monde, par conséquent, une connaissance fonctionnelle de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, est nécessaire à l'exercice des fonctions de ce poste.

Role Purpose:
  • The primary focus is to build and expand relationships of existing or new accounts, recognize client needs, and open doors to opportunities across multiple business areas to support the growth and utilization of all IQVIA solutions.

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate as a member of an Account Team to develop an Account Plan based on deep understanding of the Account, outlining key priorities and engagement plans to help the client achieve their goals as well as to drive partnership across IQVIA business lines.
  • Develop & strengthen our relationships with clients, become a trusted advisor to client contacts specifically within marketing, market research, & market access, regarding industry issues, trends as well as IQVIA offerings and consulting capabilities.
  • Create and anticipate clients' needs and, in collaboration with our extended subject matter experts, develop and present solutions - from individual to multi-disciplined - to address client's complex business issues.
  • Strategically identify and lead the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within assigned account(s).
  • Lead cross-functional teams of IQVIA resources (SME's) from across the business to promote the full range of IQVIA products and services within assigned accounts to achieve assigned revenue goal.
  • Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with the Account Team to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and coordinate proposals to drive new business growth and manage renewal subscriptions. As required, may participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years relevant sales or account management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of IQVIA offerings, customer account management and pharmaceutical industry is required.

Additional Requirements:
  • Strategic thinking, Problem solving mindset, negotiation, planning, relationship building, presentation, written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Analytical skills are important to support the design, delivery, and analysis of customized insights, including anonymized patient-level insights.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Actively listen, contribute, and respect ideas to support team goals.

You will be required to work directly with IQVIA departments, teams, support functions and stakeholders located across Canada and around the world therefore, a functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is necessary to perform the duties of this position.

La fourchette salariale de base potentielle pour ce poste, annualisée, est de $64,300.00 - $107,100.00. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $64,300.00 - $107,100.00.
