As a Senior Manager in the Advisory Services team, you’ll guide clients in navigating their accounting and finance functions during significant transitions such as acquisitions. Your role will focus on leading engagement teams, producing tailored services, and fostering strong relationships with client leadership to ensure effective outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee diverse engagements concerning accounting standards
- Mentor team members and delegate tasks effectively
- Strengthen client relationships through industry insights
- Conduct performance evaluations on a timely basis
- Support business development via strategic proposals
- Degree in accounting or related field with CPA
- At least 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proficient communication in French and English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
