Lead impactful commercial construction projects as a Senior Project Manager focused on tenant improvements in British Columbia. Manage multiple projects while enhancing client relationships and ensuring budget adherence. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with over 10 years in commercial construction. You will oversee a diverse range of tenant improvement projects throughout BC, driving planning and execution alongside Site Managers. Your focus on managing margins and client relationships will be key to the project's success. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple tenant improvement projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with Site Managers to execute projects efficiently
- Ensure adherence to budgets and track margins effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships during projects
- Oversee a variety of project types across the Lower Mainland
- 10+ years of experience as a General Contractor in construction
- Strong background in tenant improvements across various sectors
- Proven multitasking abilities for project management
- Excellent organizational and accountability skills
- Self-driven with minimal need for oversight
