Empower Canadian entrepreneurs as a Bilingual Executive Assistant at BDC. Support the Executive Vice President with administrative tasks in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. BDC is on the lookout for a skilled Executive Assistant to assist the Executive Vice President, BDC Capital. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, sound judgement, and a knack for managing multiple priorities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a mission-driven, results-oriented workplace focused on diversity and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple calendars and travel arrangements efficiently
- Organize complex team meetings across time zones
- Prepare executive presentations and meeting agendas
- Anticipate EVP needs and track priority files
- Act as a liaison between teams and internal departments
- College diploma in Office or Business Administration
- 5+ years in executive administrative support
- Strong project management abilities
- Bilingual communication skills in French and English
- Proficient in MS Office and travel platforms
