Neuroscience Specialist at Otsuka America

Shape patient care as a Neuroscience Specialist with Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. This position involves both virtual and in-person outreach, enhancing healthcare engagement and provider relationships. As a key member reporting to the Area Business Lead, you will actively engage healthcare providers using digital tools. Your role will also involve working closely with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to meet local care needs effectively. You will lead discussions and drive insights that enhance patient experiences and product awareness. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach on product access and patient care guidance
- Engage healthcare providers using virtual tools
- Organize speaker programs and local provider discussions
- Elevate insights and opportunities to business leads
- Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales
- Preferred experience in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD
- Proven track record in coaching and mentoring
- Ability to manage complex product information
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
