Job Overview
Vadis seeks a Sr Regional Manager to lead the Americas (AMS) market within the Network Growth team, responsible for growing the EcoVadis subscriber base of rated companies across North America and Latin America. This role owns new logo acquisition for the AMS rated segment and manages a team of 12 Account Executives and 1 Team Lead across Toronto and Mexico City, operating in a high‑volume, high‑velocity SMB inside‑sales motion. The position reports directly to the VP of Service Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Regional Operations for Network Growth Americas: manage daily team operations to meet New ARR and conversion targets consistently; monitor performance, allocate resources, and deliver regular reports.
- Own regional forecast and present performance, risks, and levers to leadership.
- Lead regional strategy, alignment, and customer engagement: develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy for the AMS rated segment; coordinate cross‑functional challenges; collaborate with Product, Tech, Sales, Customer Success, and Service Engagement teams; prioritize regional needs in roadmaps.
- Drive team leadership and people development: coach, develop, and lead 12 Account Executives and 1 Team Lead; build a data‑driven and AI‑centric culture focused on commercial thinking and continuous improvement; manage headcount and capacity, flagging gaps to the VP.
- Represent EcoVadis in the Americas: coordinate regional campaigns, participate in events, collaborate with strategic partners, industry organizations, and stakeholders to position EcoVadis as a leader in sustainability ratings.
- Lead AI transformation of the AMS Network Growth team: architect AI agents to handle low‑value tasks; embed AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) into daily workflows; foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement; surface, scale, and champion innovative ideas from the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience managing high‑performing inside‑sales or SMB sales teams with demonstrated success driving new logo ARR growth in a regional or multi‑region capacity.
- Deep understanding of high‑volume, high‑velocity inside‑sales best practices: prospecting, pipeline management, and conversion optimization.
- Experience leveraging Salesforce (required) and cadence automation tools, as well as AI‑powered sales tools to optimize team performance.
- Ability to develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with company‑wide objectives.
- Proven ability to coach sales reps on technique, messaging, and a commercial mindset.
- Strong track record coordinating across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to resolve cross‑functional challenges.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and implement data‑driven improvements.
- Experience managing teams across multiple geographies or time zones is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English required; Spanish/Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrives under pressure and in a fast‑paced, international workplace.
- Passion for sustainability or corporate social responsibility is a plus.
Location & Compensation
- Location: Toronto (external applications); Toronto and Mexico City (internal applications).
- Start date: ASAP.
- Employment: Full time.
- Salary range: $150K–$175KCAD total compensation (base + variable).
