Équipe dynamique Responsibilities
- Gérer la répartition des chauffeurs et optimiser les itinéraires
- Gérer les relations et les demandes des clients
- Assurer la gestion des heures de service et la conformité aux règlements
- Maintenir une communication fluide avec les chauffeurs et les clients
- Suivre et ajuster les horaires en fonction des événements imprévus
- Signaler tout incident, retard ou problème à la direction
Expérience en répartition ou dans un domaine connexe
Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion multitâche
À l'aise avec les outils informatiques (TMW, Microsoft Office)
Communication claire et efficace, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Capacité à gérer la pression et à prendre des décisions rapides Summary
