Location: St-Lambert (South Shore) (2-3 days a week on site)
Schedule: Between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday to Friday, with one weekend in three worked.
Salary: Between $22 and $25 per hour

-Competitive salary based on experience
-Hybrid work mode with presence in the office 2 to 3 days a week
-Flexible schedule according to your availability (minimum 20 hours)
-Superb offices in St-Lambert Responsibilities
- Inbound calls in English and French.
- File opening: identification and coverage validation.
- Dispatch to the right service level according to demand.
- Various follow-ups.
-Provide empathetic and courteous service at all times.
-Demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness in finding solutions to requests.
-Offer a service included in the assistance coverage by scheduling appointments with external suppliers when necessary. Qualifications
-Minimum one year customer service experience
-Bilingualism in French and English is required to interact daily with English-speaking clients and stakeholders outside of Quebec.
-Empathy, courtesy, curiosity
-Team player
