Notre client, une importante institution financière canadienne, est à la recherche d’un(e) représentant(e) bilingue du service à la clientèle pour se joindre à son équipe du centre de contact spécialisé en gestion de patrimoine et en investissement en ligne.

Cette équipe soutient les clients dans leurs demandes liées aux comptes, aux opérations de négociation, aux transferts, aux régimes enregistrés ainsi qu’aux questions générales en matière de placement.

En raison d’une croissance du volume d’affaires, le centre de contact agrandit son équipe afin de continuer à offrir un service à la clientèle de grande qualité.

Il s’agit d’une excellente occasion pour un(e) professionnel(le) bilingue du service à la clientèle possédant une expérience dans les services financiers ou dans un centre de contact bancaire et souhaitant développer sa carrière dans le domaine de la gestion de patrimoine et des placements.

Principales responsabilités

Dans ce rôle, vous agirez à titre de principal point de contact pour les clients et leur offrirez un soutien rapide, précis et professionnel par téléphone et par courriel.

Vos responsabilités comprendront notamment :

• Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone et par courriel de façon efficace et dans les délais requis.
• Accompagner les clients relativement aux questions liées aux comptes, aux opérations de négociation, aux transferts, aux REER et aux demandes générales en matière d’investissement.
• Faire preuve de jugement, de discrétion et de solides aptitudes en résolution de problèmes afin de répondre aux besoins des clients.
• Offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle dans un environnement professionnel de centre de contact.
• Cerner les occasions de vente croisée, de recommandation et de soutien additionnel lorsque pertinent.
• Contribuer à une culture d’équipe positive grâce à une communication efficace, à la collaboration et à une participation active.
• Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme lors du traitement des demandes des clients dans un environnement dynamique et à rythme rapide.

Qualifications requises

Le candidat idéal possède :

• D’excellentes compétences de communication bilingue en français ou cantonais ou mandarin et anglais , tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
• Une expérience préalable en service à la clientèle impliquant la gestion de demandes par téléphone, courriel et/ou clavardage.
• Au moins 1 an d’expérience dans le secteur des services financiers.
• Une compréhension générale des statuts de compte, des transferts, des REER et des options de placement.
• Une certification CIRE, CSC, CPH ou IFIC en cours d’obtention ou déjà obtenue.

Qualifications privilégiées

• Expérience préalable dans un centre de contact spécialisé en gestion de patrimoine ou en placements.
• Expérience dans un centre de contact bancaire ou comme caissier(ère) bancaire.
• Réussite ou inscription en cours au Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières (CSC) ou au CIRE .
• Formation récente en finance, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, combinée à d’excellentes aptitudes en communication.
• Expérience dans un centre de contact non bancaire jumelée à une certification CSC ou CIRE .

About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading Canadian financial institution, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their wealth and online investing contact centre team. This team supports customers with inquiries related to their accounts, trading functions, transfers, registered accounts, and general investment-related questions.

Due to increased business volume, the contact centre is expanding its team to continue delivering a high standard of customer service and support.

This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual customer service professional with financial services or banking contact centre experience who is looking to grow within the wealth and investment space.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers and provide timely, accurate, and professional support through phone and email channels.

Responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer telephone and email inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Supporting customers with account-related questions, trade functions, transfers, RRSPs, and general investment inquiries
• Using sound judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer requests
• Delivering a high-quality customer experience in a professional contact centre environment
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling, referrals, and additional customer support where appropriate
• Contributing to a positive team culture through strong communication, collaboration, and participation
• Maintaining professionalism while handling client-facing inquiries in a fast-paced environment

Must-Have Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong bilingual communication skills in French or Cantonese or Mandarin and English , both written and verbal
• Previous customer service experience handling inquiries by phone, email, and/or chat
• 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• General understanding of account status, transfers, RRSPs, and investment options
• Pursuing or has obtained a CIRE, CSC, CPH, IFIC certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous wealth management or investment contact centre experience
• Banking contact centre or teller experience
• Completion of, or current enrollment in, the CSC or CIRE
• Recent education in finance, business, or a related field combined with strong communication skills
• Non-banking contact centre experience combined with CSC or CIRE credentials
