We are hiring a Customer Service Representative / Logistics Coordinator for a fast-growing logistics and freight brokerage company in Montreal.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow a real career in logistics, transportation, and freight operations.

You do not need many years of experience. What matters most is your attitude, communication, organization, follow-up, energy, and willingness to learn.

This is not just a basic customer service job. You will be involved in real logistics operations, including shipment tracking, customer communication, carrier follow-ups, documentation, status updates, and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

  • Enter shipment information into the system
  • Track and trace shipments
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with carriers about pickups, deliveries, delays, and updates
  • Update shipment statuses accurately
  • Prepare tracking reports when needed
  • Help solve issues such as missed pickups, late deliveries, damaged freight, billing issues, or shipment delays
  • Support the operations team with daily logistics tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills in English and French
  • 0–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, administration, dispatch, or coordination
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong follow-up skills and sense of urgency
  • Positive, professional, and coachable attitude
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-moving environment
  • Team-first mindset and willingness to learn

Experience with a TMS system is an asset, but not required.

Nous recrutons un(e) représentant(e) service à la clientèle / coordonnateur(trice) logistique pour une entreprise de logistique et de courtage de fret en pleine croissance à Montréal.

C'est une belle opportunité pour une personne qui souhaite commencer ou développer une vraie carrière en logistique, transport et opérations.

Vous n'avez pas besoin d'avoir plusieurs années d'expérience. Ce qui compte le plus, c'est votre attitude, votre communication, votre organisation, votre rapidité de suivi, votre énergie et votre volonté d'apprendre.

Ce n'est pas simplement un poste de service à la clientèle. Vous serez impliqué(e) dans les opérations logistiques : suivi des expéditions, communication avec les clients, suivis avec les transporteurs, documentation, mises à jour de statuts et résolution de problèmes.

Responsabilités

  • Entrer les informations des expéditions dans le système
  • Faire le suivi des expéditions
  • Répondre rapidement et professionnellement aux demandes des clients
  • Communiquer avec les transporteurs concernant les cueillettes, livraisons, délais et mises à jour
  • Mettre à jour les statuts des expéditions avec précision
  • Préparer des rapports de suivi au besoin
  • Aider à résoudre les problèmes comme les cueillettes manquées, retards de livraison, marchandises endommagées, erreurs de facturation ou délais
  • Soutenir l'équipe des opérations dans les tâches quotidiennes

Profil recherché

  • Bonnes compétences en communication en français et en anglais
  • 0 à 3 ans d'expérience en logistique, transport, service à la clientèle, administration, répartition ou coordination
  • Personne organisée, minutieuse et fiable
  • Bon suivi et sens de l'urgence
  • Attitude positive, professionnelle et coachable
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement rapide
  • Esprit d'équipe et envie d'apprendre

Une expérience avec un système TMS est un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire.
