Join Quality & Company as a Project Lead in an in office manufacturing position. Oversee project schedules, component suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of quality furniture for top hospitality brands.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of project coordination, directly impacting the profitability of your projects. Solid problem‑solving skills are vital as you work on the shop floor and from the office to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with clients throughout project timelines
- Conduct daily productivity checks on shop floor
- Oversee scheduling for all shop departments
- Ensure jobs are executed according to timelines
- Communicate closely with design and purchasing teams
Requirements
- 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- Background in project scheduling and planning
- Familiarity with shop drawings is a plus
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Post‑secondary education in a related field
