Frima, located in Quebec City and Montreal, is on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Lead for their largest projects. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, provide essential mentorship, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance testing efficacy and team engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily Scrum meetings with the development team
- Collaborate with various departments for optimal planning
- Follow up individually with team members
- Supervise quality assurance practices and tools
- Coordinate quality assurance efforts with external partners
Requirements
- College diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least five years in quality assurance in games
- Proven experience leading quality assurance initiatives
- Familiarity with Jira and mobile gaming projects
- Solid bilingual skills in French and English
