Centrilogic Senior Program Manager Role Quebec City

Join Centrilogic as a Senior Program Manager to lead complex client programs. This position requires solid financial management and communication skills to deliver successful outcomes.
Reporting to the Director of the PMO, you will oversee multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and effective risk management. You will act as an escalation point, develop strategic roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives based on their strategic value. Your leadership will ensure processes improve efficiency and predictability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of complex client programs across various projects
- Ensure effective communication and support for delivery teams
- Manage program financials, including margins and forecasting
- Manage client relationships to foster growth opportunities
- Establish governance and reporting frameworks
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management
- Proven experience with complex program oversight
- Tertiary education in Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Robust operational process design experience
- Ability to manage KPIs and SLAs effectively
Deliver successful program outcomes while leveraging your expertise in collaboration and financial management.
