Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- High school diploma or college degree.
- Experience in management.
- Current department manager seeking advancement.
Responsibilities
- Perform various management activities within the department.
- Define objectives and clearly communicate expectations to the team, while providing continuous improvement feedback and coaching to achieve results.
- Ensure the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, and salary productivity according to established standards to maintain business readiness.
- Apply and respect the budgets related to the department.
