In-House Legal Counsel for Hospitality

Lead legal initiatives as In-House Counsel at our hospitality platform. This full-time role demands strategic legal expertise and effective collaboration with various departments. We are seeking a qualified attorney with 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate law. Your expertise in drafting, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance will be crucial as you engage with Finance, Operations, and Development teams. This position plays a vital role in fostering a supportive work environment while handling complex legal matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate diverse contracts across business areas
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and governance processes
- Collaborate with external counsel on real estate transactions
- Advise on compliance with consumer protection regulations
- Manage intellectual property and trademark issues
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B. qualification
- 5 to 8 years of experience in business or corporate law
- Strong skills in contract negotiation and compliance
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
- Excellent autonomy and planning skills
