Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. This role is essential to ensuring our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment throughout their stay.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are maintained according to brand standards
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness protocols
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff evaluations and supply usage
Requirements
Bilingual : Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial practices
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide the housekeeping team toward high standards
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality service delivery
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in hotel operations or custodial management is highly desirable
