About the Opportunity
This job involves managing customer inquiries, collaborating with teams, liaising with brokers and insurers, and providing support on claims file handling. You'll report to the VP, Operations and work closely with the external partners including adjusters and legal counsel. The role will assess coverage, assess reserves, evaluate litigation strategy, consider settlement opportunities and make recommendations to the insurer. Additionally, you'll review and analyze claims results, provide potential coverage improvements to management. The role will provide an opportunity
