Help people create homes they love. Join the Urban Barn team as an eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator at our Home Office located in Burnaby, BC.

The successful candidate should be technologically savvy and have a strong commitment to delivering accurate and timely results that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This position will report to the eCommerce Manager.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure that all products are activated and deactivated in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure all product pages go live and are maintained with the best possible experience
- Merchandise the product catalog to ensure all products are positioned to maximize sales
- Strategically place products on our website and update categories and products as needed for promotions and campaigns
- Coordinate with photographers for product photos, lifestyle images, and videos
- Collaborate with the eCommerce, Marketing, and Product teams to maintain website functionality, product assets and product catalog
- Optimize on-site search experience by applying necessary tactics and pull monthly reporting
- Maintain website evergreen pages, store hours, and Google My Business listings
- Execute SEO content strategies, including product and category descriptions updates
- Support various eCommerce initiatives, campaigns, and projects as required

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new technologies, tasks, and procedures quickly with little or no supervision
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an eCommerce/Website Coordinator or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
- Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Knowledge in web design - HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Wrike, Asana, Jira, or similar project management tools is an asset
