eCommerce Merchandising Coordinator

The successful candidate should be technologically savvy and have a strong commitment to delivering accurate and timely results that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This position will report to the eCommerce Manager.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure that all products are activated and deactivated in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure all product pages go live and are maintained with the best possible experience
• Merchandise the product catalog to ensure all products are positioned to maximize sales
• Strategically place products on our website and update categories and products as needed for promotions and campaigns
• Coordinate with photographers for product photos, lifestyle images, and videos
• Collaborate with the eCommerce, Marketing, and Product teams to maintain website functionality, product assets and product catalog
• Optimize on-site search experience by applying necessary tactics and pull monthly reporting
• Maintain website evergreen pages, store hours, and Google My Business listings
• Execute SEO content strategies, including product and category descriptions updates
• Support various eCommerce initiatives, campaigns, and projects as required

• Ability to learn new technologies, tasks, and procedures quickly with little or no supervision

What You Bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an eCommerce/Website Coordinator or similar role
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communication or a related field
• Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce Commerce Cloud is an asset
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• Knowledge in web design - HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Wrike, Asana, Jira, or similar project management tools is an asset
