Group Benefits Document Associate

Prepare clear group benefits contracts and booklets as a Plan Structure Document Associate with Canada Life. Review detailed information and resolve inconsistencies accurately.
This permanent full time position focuses on creating, updating, and publishing standard or customized client documents. You will review applications, amendments, correspondence, and insurer documents while coordinating with internal teams. Strong writing, judgment, organization, and computer skills support accurate document production and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and publish group benefits contracts and booklets
- Review plan information and identify missing or conflicting details
- Coordinate questions with Underwriting, Legal, Product, and other teams
- Review completed documents before client delivery
- Manage assignments while meeting service and quality expectations
Requirements:
- Strong written communication and detailed review skills
- Sound judgment when requirements are unclear
- Ability to manage priorities and established deadlines
- Strong computer skills and specialized systems adaptability
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
Support Canada Life clients through accurate contracts, careful document review, and dependable coordination across internal benefits teams.
