Growth Marketer, AI-Native

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketer, AI-Native based in Canada. As a Growth Marketer, AI-Native, you will turn marketing concepts into live creative assets, campaigns, and experiences that drive measurable growth. You will use generative AI and modern marketing tools to create advertising, landing pages, imagery, and video at speed. The role combines creative production, experimentation, performance marketing, and analytics in a highly hands-on environment. You will launch A/B tests, monitor performance, identify what works, and continuously iterate based on real customer and campaign data. You will work directly with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and internal attribution tools to connect activity with business outcomes. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys building independently, experimenting with emerging technology, and learning quickly. You will have significant ownership and autonomy, with an expectation that you can move ideas from concept to live experiment without relying heavily on separate design or development teams. Accountabilities - Turn product and campaign concepts into finished advertising creative for platforms such as Google and Meta. - Build and refine landing pages using AI-powered page-generation tools, including hands-on adjustments where needed to improve quality and performance. - Produce realistic, brand-consistent imagery and video using current generative AI and creative tools. - Maintain a consistent visual identity across advertising, landing pages, and other published marketing assets. - Evaluate AI-generated creative critically and refine outputs so that finished work feels polished, authentic, and aligned with the brand. - Design and run A/B tests across landing pages, advertising creative, messaging, and other growth initiatives. - Define clear testing hypotheses, success criteria, and measurement approaches before launching experiments.

- Analyze test results, scale successful approaches, discontinue underperforming variants, and continuously iterate based on learnings. - Monitor key performance indicators including conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, and funnel drop-off. - Work regularly with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and internal attribution and analytics dashboards. - Translate performance data into clear actions and communicate what is working, what is not, and what should change next. - Maintain a strong connection between the assets and campaigns you create and the measurable business results they generate. - Stay current with emerging AI tools and experiment with new workflows that can improve marketing speed, quality, and effectiveness. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in growth, performance, digital marketing, or a closely related field, with demonstrable work and results. - Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for creative production, imagery, copy, landing-page generation, or related marketing workflows. - A portfolio demonstrating live landing pages and advertising creative that you personally produced. - Strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to use performance data to make independent decisions. - Practical experience designing, launching, analyzing, and acting on A/B tests. - Excellent written English and the ability to create clear, compelling marketing content. - Strong visual judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and improve weaknesses in advertising and landing-page creative. - Highly self-directed and comfortable operating independently without a large marketing team or extensive support functions. - A proactive, experimental mindset and genuine curiosity about emerging AI and marketing technologies.
