The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including unpacking, packing, and repetitively lifting heavy items up to 100 lbs. The role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient handling and movement of goods, supporting the overall operations of the warehouse.
Pay Range: $20.00 (Base Minimum) - $30.00 per hour
Pay Scale: Based on Productivity

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Unpack and sort incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pack and prepare items for distribution or storage according to company standards.
- Repetitively lift, carry, and move heavy items up to 100 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies when needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, if required and trained.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for commuting to and from the job site in SE Calgary, AB.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items repeatedly (up to 100 lbs.)
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and complete a provided training program
- Availability for full-time hours and immediate start
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is an asset but not required
