We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling raw materials, processing ingredients, and assisting with packaging to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense raw materials accurately to fulfill work orders and maintain production schedules.
• Sieve, crush, and blend nutraceutical raw materials according to formulation requirements.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in material processing and blending.
• Assist in the packaging line by labeling, sealing, and preparing finished products for distribution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the dispensing room and work areas , ensuring all dispensing equipment is properly sterilized.
• Transport and handle raw material drums in and out of the dispensing room safely.
• Collaborate with dispensing operators in the production department to efficiently complete work orders.
• Operate milling equipment to break down raw materials, as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or OR 1 to 2 years of equivalent experience
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg (55lbs)
• In good physical condition to be able to handle the assigned job duties - i.e. Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, physically demanding

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
