In your role as Sales Director for Steel Products, you will direct the sales team to amplify the promotion of IBP and Phillips/Clinch-on products across Canada. Collaborate closely with USG product management for effective resource direction. Your expertise will enrich team activities and enhance strategic initiatives toward achieving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sales team for significant performance results
• Optimize growth in commercial and retail segments
• Develop and monitor customer incentive programs
• Provide budget insights and resource allocation
• Mentor representatives for enhanced sales techniques
Requirements:
• Advanced degree preferred in Business
• Background in ceilings sales or related fields
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Proven track record as a successful sales professional
• Knowledge in market analysis and trends
Drive success in the building solutions market, leading CGC’s steel sales initiatives and enriching professional growth.
