Please note: We are hiring in advance of opening a location in Oakville in September, 2026

Average On-Target Earnings: $36.00/hour CAD ($74,880/year equivalent)

Compensation: $20.00/hour CAD base wage + uncapped instant commission

Job Type: (Contract) Full-time hours or Part-time hours

The Role

We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to act as the face of Neo Financial. You will be directly responsible for customer acquisition by signing people up for Neo Credit card, Neo Money account, and other Neo products!

• Instant Commission: Track your performance in real-time and get paid into your Neo App the moment a customer signs up using your link.

• Flexible Scheduling: We offer customizable full-time and part-time schedules tailored to high-performing, sales-driven individuals.

What We Are Looking For

• A strong motivation to earn money and hit performance targets.

• Enthusiasm for sharing financial products and technology within your local community.

• Ability to travel to various event locations across your city.

• Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, retail, telemarketing, or marketing is an asset.
