B2B Appointment Setter (Remote) - Philippine Applicants Only

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects using the provided dialer and scripts.
* Accurately categorize call outcomes (dispositions) within the cold calling platform.
* Handle objections confidently and professionally.
* Schedule follow-up calls for yourself or designated team members.
* Manage and run an existing email drip campaign.
* Perform lead scrubbing and data management.
* Support the team with consistent and strategic cold calling efforts.
** Qualifications:**
* A background in IT services, home improvement, waste management, finance, or investment is required.
* Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms.
** Device Requirements:**
* Processor: Intel Core i5 / Ryzen 5 or higher
* RAM: Minimum 16GB
* Noise-canceling headset for clear communication
* Webcam for virtual meetings
