Logistics Sales Executive

Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling, lead follow-up, and relationship building
- Provide freight quotes and negotiate rates with clients and carriers
- Coordinate with operations for successful load execution
- Maintain CRM records and manage your own book of business
- Meet or exceed sales and margin goals
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in logistics or freight brokerage sales preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Goal-oriented with a self-starter mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- CRM or TMS experience a plus
